Refund Policy


To be eligible for a return/refund, you must provide or submit a video of opening the item of your sealed package in its original packaging. It must show that the flaw/damage was already there when the parcel was opened.

Damages and issues
Contact us immediately if the item is damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

    • Crystals/Gemstones - not valid for return or refund condition
      • A tiny part of the raw/cluster may fall off (especially those soft specimens) upon delivery as it is not preventable. But we will make sure that the specimens are all intact and packed before shipping.
      • Natural cracks of the crystals/gemstones - (if there's any) it is already shown in the video or photos provided in each product.
    • Crystals/Gemstones  - valid for return or refund condition
      • You may request a refund of the item when the scenario is like for example, upon opening the package of cluster, the big point of the cluster falls off or break into two pieces. This scenario must be seen in the video for proof. 
      • We will evaluate the damage on the item, in order for us to assess how much should be refunded.


  • Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns/refund on sale items or with gift cards/vouchers.
  • Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 
  • You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable. Or the cost of return of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
  • We will be responsible for the shipping costs for return if and only the item you received is wrong.
  • If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at
  • We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not.
    • Any item have missing parts for reasons not due to our error will not be approved.
    • If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded via GCASH/BANK within 10 business days.
    • Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
