Order & Payment Guideline

HOW TO ORDER

1. Go to https://minastouchph.com/

2. Click All Products to view all our products. Or choose the other menu to see it by category.

3. Choose the product then click the Add to Cart button.

4. Done Shopping? Review your cart now then click the Check out button.

5. Fill up and complete the customer information. (If you have an account, you may log-in to fill the form automatically.) Click the Continue to Shipping button after.

6. Check your information and select the shipping method.

►If you wish to add more items and consolidate it before shipping, please choose (Additional items to order) upon check out. You're still required to settle your order within 24 hours this is without the shipping fee payment.
►When you're decided to ship your order, please add the shipping fee on your last check out.

7.  Click the Continue to payment button. Choose your preferred payment method and your billing address.

Kindly input the right amount for every manual transaction to be done.

      • We will be sending a PAYPAL Invoice or Link if you're having trouble with your payment. Please contact us for assistance.
      • If you wish to add more items and consolidate it before shipping, please choose (Additional items to order) upon check out.
      • You're still required to settle your order within 24 hours.
      • When you're decided to ship your order, please add the shipping fee on your last check out.

      8. Press the Complete Order button when you're complete with the mention method above.

      9. If we don’t receive any messages or concern regarding your order, we will then proceeding shipping out your items.

      10. If we have concerns regarding your order, we will then contact you by using your provided information on us. 

      ►Local and International Buyers Checked-out orders are reserved for you for 24 hours upon checkout.

      ►Unsettled Order: Unsettled payment of your order within 24 hours, will be automatically canceled. It also means that you will be banned from ordering in our shop.

      ►Paid Order: Pay the exact amount of your order. You may send to us directly the screenshot/photo of your proof of payment or thru on our email: sales@minastouchph.com
